Every project has its own unique parameters, and because of that, I offer my residential interior design clients two ways of working together. My full service design option is great for local or out of state clients who need complete assistance with their project from inspiration to final installation.
This service is for projects with three rooms or more. If you have fewer than three rooms, please see my Capsule Design Service.
THE FULL SERVICE EXPERIENCE
From initial concept to final installation, my team and I guide you through the entire process to create a functional and beautiful space that makes sense for your lifestyle. Every full service project has its own unique parameters, so each proposal is customized to include exactly what is needed to achieve your design goals. Our five phase process allows us to manage all the details so you can enjoy your design experience.

FOUNDATIONS
Setting your project up for success.
Proposal: you'll receive a customized proposal outlining the scope, pricing, and an approximate kick off date. A contract review call is available if you'd like to talk through the details. Full service projects are billed hourly
Contract + Deposit: once your contract is signed, your deposit secures your spot on our calendar
Welcome: you'll receive a welcome email with everything you need to prepare, including your design questionnaire, instructions for submitting inspiration images, a request for architectural plans if applicable, and a link to schedule your kick off meeting
Homework: your completed questionnaire, plans if applicable, and inspiration images are due two weeks before kick off so we can arrive fully prepared
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Where we create your home together.
Kick Off Meeting: after a quick tour of your home or a review of your architectural plans, we'll dive into your questionnaire, review your inspiration images, and talk through how your spaces need to function
Measuring + Inventory: we'll measure your space and document the details that shape the design. If you have antiques, heirlooms, or pieces you love, incorporating them is a huge part of our process. If you're starting fresh, we design your space from the ground up
Design Direction: we create your furniture plans, paint palette, and mood boards, which we review together at your first design meeting
Sourcing: once the direction is approved, we source furniture, accessories, and window treatments, checking availability, pulling fabrics and samples, and confirming pricing
Design Presentation: the phase concludes with your second design meeting, a full presentation of every item selected for your home, complete with samples and swatches. Approvals are requested within five business days so we stay on track
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
You relax, we handle everything.
Purchasing: once your selections are approved and paid for, we place every order
Tracking + Problem Solving: we track every shipment, oversee trades, and manage all the details to ensure nothing is missed
Communication: you'll know what's going on every step of the way, keeping your project moving forward
THE REVEAL
The moment we've been working toward.
Installation: once any necessary construction is complete and your items have arrived at our receiver, installation begins. We coordinate all deliveries and bring additional styling pieces to complete your space
Feedback: we'll ask about your experience so we can keep making the process even better
