SERVICES

_____

Below you will find an overview of how I work and the way I price my projects. Every project has its own unique parameters, and because of that, my services will always be tailored to meet each project's individual needs.

WHERE I WORK

Although based in New Orleans, work is possible anywhere. For more information regarding the process for out of town clients, please email info@boorandle.com

TIMELINE

The scope of work is a major factor in the length of time a project takes to be completed. Furnishing a vacation rental can take as little as two months, while a large scale commercial project can be ongoing for eighteen to twenty-four months, or more. Residential projects, depending on size and again, scope, usually last four to eighteen months.

Additionally, the cost of the items and materials purchased for the rooms, and the labor required within the rooms, will be marked up by a specified percentage. All trade discounts will be passed along to the client. Any work outside the scope defined in the contract will be billed at a specified hourly rate.
