Every project has its own unique parameters, and because of that, I offer my residential interior design clients two ways of working together. My Capsule Design Service is a wonderful way for local or out of state clients to have professional design assistance to finish off the miscellaneous projects that don’t require a full service design plan.
THE CAPSULE DESIGN EXPERIENCE
The Capsule Design experience was created for clients who need professional design help in a finite way. This service is tailored to tackle a specific task or two, whether that's selecting paint colors, determining a furniture plan, or putting the finishing touches on one room. My process allows you to enjoy your experience and feel confident implementing a design plan you will love, on your own timeline.

You'll give me a high level introduction to your project
FOUNDATIONS
Setting your project up for success.
Proposal: you'll receive a proposal outlining your scope, design fee, and an approximate Design Session date
Contract + Design Fee: once your contract is signed, your design fee secures your spot on my calendar
Welcome: you'll receive a welcome email with everything you need to prepare, including your design questionnaire, a Pinterest board for inspiration images, a request for room and furniture measurements if applicable, and a link to schedule your Design Session
Homework: your completed questionnaire, measurements and inspiration images are due one week before your Design Session so I can arrive fully prepared
DESIGN SESSION
Where your plan takes shape.
My Prep: before we meet, I do a thorough review of your questionnaire and inspiration images and create an initial plan tailored to your scope
Your Session: a one hour meeting, in person or virtual, where we review the initial plan together, look at your space or plans, and talk through your challenges
YOUR CAPSULE DESIGN
Everything you need to bring your plan to life.
Design Refine: after your session, I refine the plan based on everything we discussed
Digital Design Package: within seven to ten business days, you'll receive a beautifully organized PDF that may include fixtures, finishes, furniture, paint colors, and accessories, along with a proposal of items when applicable
Personal Voiceover: I record a walkthrough of every page of your package, so it's like having me right there with you as you review it
WRAP CALL
Your questions, answered.
A thirty minute call, scheduled after you've received your Digital Design Package
I'll answer any follow up questions so you feel confident implementing your plan
This call completes your Capsule Design service
