A new year brings about new changes—and all for the best. While the end goal is to deliver a finished space you will love, I also want to make the process light and easy for you. The below updates will help me to be more efficient while also giving you and your project the time and focus it deserves.
HOURS OF OPERATION
My standard business hours are Monday - Friday from 9am until 5pm CST. During these hours you can expect timely responses to your emails and phone calls. Outside of these hours please anticipate that your messages will be responded to during the subsequent hours of operation.
COMMUNICATION
For conversations that don't need a phone call, email is the best way to get in touch. This ensures project related correspondence is always in one place, and nothing gets lost. While you have my cell phone number for emergencies and for quick scheduling updates, I can best serve you by keeping things in email. Any urgent requests or concerns may be emailed to the studio at info@boorandle.com.
MEETINGS
You can book meetings, calls, and presentations through my online scheduler. This allows me to be fully prepared for our calls and completely focused on you (vs taking calls from construction sites!).

COVID DELAYS
We’re continuing to see Covid delays industry wide, not just with products but also with tradesmen. If you know you want something, go for it now!
I’ll continue to check in with factories, window treatment workrooms, and suppliers and will do my best to source items that are in stock. You can still count on your weekly email with regular updates on your project. In the event of a backordered item, I’ll let you know if I think it’s worth it to wait, or if we should reselect. If an item is discontinued, I’ll find a replacement you’ll love.
As of right now, when we are seeing delays, they are about 6-10 weeks, or sometimes more.
COVID PROCEDURES
I am back to doing on site visits and am following all CDC guidelines for COVID-19 safety precautions. This includes wearing a mask, practicing social distancing outside of work, and maintaining six feet of distance when in your home. I ask that you also wear a mask during our meetings.
If we have a scheduled in person meeting and you have a temperature or have been exposed to someone who has or may have Covid, I ask that you let me know as soon as possible so we can move the meeting to a virtual meeting, or reschedule at your convenience.
