Below you will find an overview of how I work and the way I price my projects. Every project has its own unique parameters, and because of that, my services will always be tailored to meet each project's individual needs.

WHERE I WORK

TIMELINE

The scope of work is a major factor in the length of time a project takes to be completed. Residential projects, depending on size and scope, usually last four to eighteen months, while a large scale commercial project can be ongoing for eighteen to twenty-four months, or more.

PRICING

RESIDENTIAL

“Hourly Fee” for all work in scope defined by the contract. Estimated hours for the project, based on the size and scope of the space, will be determined and communicated in the contract. A deposit will be required, which will be applied to the final invoice, and hours accrued will be billed monthly.

COMMERCIAL

“Flat Design Fee” for all work in scope defined by the contract. A design fee based on the size and scope of the space will be billed in increments throughout the life of the project. For example, an initial payment to start the project, a payment in the middle of the project, and a payment at the end. Any work outside the scope defined in the contract will be billed at a specified hourly rate.

BILLING

Clients receive invoices at intervals specified in their contract. For residential projects, invoices are sent as FF&E is selected. Hourly billing is invoiced monthly.
